(hereinafter Kelurantimx), we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' personal data, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines published in the Official Gazette of the Federation.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as detailed financial information, health data, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political orientation through this website.

In the event that it is necessary to transfer your data to third-party service providers who support us in the operation of the website (such as hosting or email services), we will ensure that such third parties maintain security measures equivalent to those established in this Privacy Notice.

6. ARCO Rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO rights) the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, you must submit a request addressed to our Data Protection Department at privacidad@kelurantimx.com, including: full name, registered email address, clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and any document that facilitates the location of your data.

We will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP. If your request is deemed appropriate, the requested changes will take effect within the following 15 business days.

7. Security Measures

Kelurantimx implements technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use. These measures include data encryption in transit using SSL/TLS protocol, role-based access controls, periodic information backups, and ongoing staff training in data protection matters.

However, no security system is infallible. In the event of a security breach that significantly affects your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with applicable legislation.
